I am a professional tourism consultant and graphic designer with 20 years experience in the tourism industry. After completing the Ecotourism & Adventure Tourism Management course in Ontario, Canada I was awarded an internship and events management position with The International Ecotourism Society in Washington D.C., under the direction of ecotourism guru Martha Honey. Since then, I have traveled around the world and worked with several ecotourism and sustainable development projects in Ontario, Mexico and the Caribbean. I have a passion for sustainable community development and local capacity building and understand the challenges inherit in undertaking any sized tourism enterprise in diverse and remote locations.
